      Inspired by long hours of co-working and brainstorming – and never wanting to stop – and having to trek all the way home, only to come back a few hours later, the concept of coliveworking was born. The need to crash for a few hours before getting back to work on your life-changing project that could afford little downtime is why we decided to combine co-working and co-living.  All in a space that gently forces community.

      I couldn't think a more perfect place for us to stay.  Once we walked through the door it felt like home. We had our own private space but also could hang out in the common area for the rest of the house. We were a short bus away from the train station and they helped us figure out our way around NYC!  What a great experience.

      Very friendly and local people that can help you easily out with any problems, and always open for a great chat in the evening. If you want to stay in a calm neighborhood that has good access to public transport, you should come here. Room was cozy, especially the bed.

      The place is great!  The room is really large, with a super comfy bed and desk for getting work done. Plenty of plugs & storage space, fast wifi, and easy access to the fully-stocked kitchen right outside your door. I met a lot of really cool people who were also living in the house, and had many great conversations in the common room (there's also board games to play with new friends!). There's a big grocery store just two blocks away and the bus stop to take you to the subway is right there, too. It's also super easy to grab an Uber in like 2 minutes! Would definitely recommend 🙂

      Genuinely great people and the house feels like home.  It is clean and comfortable.  The supermarket is a short walk away and has great value. There is a quiet and beautiful park behind the house.  The other guests are great.  It is a great place for entrepreneurs. A little more and it becomes like an accelerator program. Getting to and from the city is fast and easy. It is a blessing to have found them and an honor to stay with them.

    Fast & Reliable Wi-Fi - Strong wi-fi and international power outlets to keep you plugged in and connected at all times.

    Private and Shared Rooms. Select from private room or share with a roommate. Rooms are spacious to keep you from feeling crowded. No bunks.

    Community Kitchen - All good things take place over a good meal. Conversation, collaboration, sharing, teaching about diets. Learn and digest.

    Laundry On Site - Use paid laundry on site or take advantage of our in house laundry service (if available).

    On Site Management - Community + cleaning staff on site to make you feel at home and so you don't have to always pick up after that messy roommate.

    Daily & Weekly Cleanings - While we expect everyone to share in their own cleanup, having a manager on site just helps everyone get along and feel good.

    Activities & Workshops - We have fun backyard bbqs and movie nights, or nights in the city to learn or entertain. We also have HAH! Help a Housemate - in business or any request. We hold focused workshops to help you grow.

    Coffee / Tea / Fruit - Stay caffeinated and hydrated, and who doesn't love a good banana. We're not monkeying around.

    All Utilities! - The last thing you want to think about and calculate is the electric bill among a house full of people. One check, all included, simple. Just show up, expect to learn and grow, respect your housemates, and have fun while you focus.
